Finally, a square dehydrator that features horizontal air flow and a built-in timer at a much lower cost!
The fan-forced, horizontal drying system is mounted in the rear of the machine to provide a more complete and even drying. Cheaper dehydrators have their heaters on the bottom, which causes flavor mixing, not to mention a the difference in temperature between higher and lower trays.
The square tray design makes loading easier and increases drying area by avoiding holes in the center.
And there's no bulky front door or cover - each tray's front lip seals to the tray above it to contain air movement within the dehydrator.
